Booking Process

Our event draping services are fully customized and made-to-size to fit your venue of choice. Meeting with you in person is not essential, but highly recommended. Together, we'll discuss all aspects of your event and define a style of draping that best suits your vision, venue, and budget.

There is no doubt that the most popular draping color for weddings and special events is white; it is elegant, classy and beautiful. But your event draping does not have to be all white, all the time. At W Drapings, we offer a variety of additional colors to complement your event theme. Colors readily available include creamy ivory, matte gold, soft silver, dark navy, festive magenta, burgundy, and orange. Additional colors are available upon request, or by special order. Design & Craftsmanship

Once a design and draping style is defined and agreed upon with you, our team begins to customize the drapes based on the measurements of the venue. The material is then cut and sewn using top quality chiffon fabrics and threads at our home-office in Orlando, Florida--which allows us to create each project with an unrivaled level of precision and craftsmanship. Then, when the material is ready, all we have to do is wait for the day of your event to install the draping, and let the music play!

Installation & Breakdown

Our services include custom event draping and styling, installation, event lighting, decorative accessories, and breakdown.

Please note: Our team must be able to come into the venue before the tables and chairs are set because we need to go from corner to corner, across the room, in order to style it. So, ideally, the event ceiling draping would be the first thing to set-up at an event.

Depending on the height of the venue, we use a hydraulic lift to reach the ceiling, or a standard 10' - 14' ladder. Depending on the amount of drapes to install and the size of the venue, the installation process can take anywhere from 2 - 5 hours. Then, at the end of the event, we would come in to remove the ceiling treatments and any additional draping. The breakdown is easy, it only takes half the time it takes to install, to bring the room to its original estate.
